We were on holiday in Tasmania when the clutch in my older car started to fade. We were at the remote Lake Mackenzie at the time, but luckily managed to get back to Deloraine without needing a tow truck. Brad at Deloraine Mechanical was able to very quickly diagnose the problem as being a leak in the clutch slave cylinder. In a matter of minutes he has tracked down a brand new replacement part and had it on its way from Sydney. Once the part arrived, it only took Brad an hour to install it – and we were on our way again. In all of our dealings, Brad was just wonderful – giving us his undivided attention as soon as we arrived. I was impressed with his competence and honesty, and staying in touch with us by phone to reassure us about the arrival and installation of the new part.
